El Conflicto trabajo-familia en relación a factores laborales en trabajadores de la salud durante la emergencia sanitaria ocasionada por el COVID-19.

Resumen
El artículo presenta los factores laborales que afectan la relación trabajo-familia en los trabajadores de la salud. El estudio se realizó durante la pandemia del COVID-19 en un hospital público del Estado de Guanajuato. Se comprueba a través del método de ecuaciones estructurales que existe una relación positiva y significativa entre las variables “apoyo a compañeros” y “riesgos ocupacionales” en relación a las “demandas de trabajo”. A su vez existe una relación positiva y significativa entre la variable “demandas en el trabajo” y la relación “conflicto trabajo-familia”. Se discuten también las posibles estrategias que puede emprender la organización en relación a buscar mejores alternativas para mejorar la calidad de vida de los trabajadores de la salud.
